We have lights for every room in your home or office and we offer a full range of light fixtures from sturdy all-weather outdoor lighting to stunning chandeliers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as debit cards with teh Visa or MasterCard symbol. We also offer PayPal and GoogleCheckout. The billing name is 1StopLighting or Belami Inc..

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations are done on a best efforts basis. Orders that have not been picked for shipping can be cancelled with no penalty. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. * Credit for canceled orders cannot exceed the originally charged amount.

Please Note: Once an order has been sent to the warehouse for packing and shipping, it is considered a shipped order. This may occur 1 day or a few hours prior to shipment. At this late stage in the process, it may still be possible to cancel an order (i.e. prevent it from shipping) and we will make every effort if that is your wish. However, please note that in some cases, it will not be possible to retrieve the order and prevent it from shipping. In these cases, your order will be subject to our return policy. Do you have a print catalog?

No, we don’t offer a print catalog as our selection is expanding continuously. Apart from our website, which features a majority of the products we carry, you may also view our selection of online PDF catalogs from many of our top manufacturers. To view our PDF library - Click Here

How do I know my online order was received by 1StopLighting?

You will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us. We will also provide a shipping notice with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are obligated by California state law to charge 8.75% sales tax on items delivered to a California address. Deliveries to all other areas in the US are tax-exempt.

What are your pricing policies?

We reserve the right to change posted prices at any time. If, through a technical malfunction, we post incorrect prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed when the incorrect pricing was posted.

How do your coupon/discount codes work?

From time to time we may offer special discounts or sales on products through the use of coupon codes. These codes can be entered into the Coupon Code field on the cart screen. Please note that only one coupon/discount code can be used per order.

How much will you charge to ship my order?

Orders of $200.00 or more ship FREE to delivery addresses in the continental U.S. For orders less than $200.00, we charge $15.00 shipping and handling per order. Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? What about international locations?

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are billed a flat rate of $50 for shipping on any order size. This fee is displayed during the checkout process.

We also ship to Canada. For Canadian shipments we are pleased to offer Free Shipping to Canada with No Customs Fees on many of our top lines. To view the details of this policy and the lines included in it - Click Here

For lines not included in our Canada promotion, the customer is responsible for paying all duties and customs clearance fees. We are only able to ship UPS or FedEx. We are not able to ship by USPS. The shipping fee to Canada is the same as the US, $15 for orders under $200, free for orders over $200. Contact our customer service team at 1-866-203-5392 to place an order.

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico or outside of Canada and the United States. Even if providing a personal UPS or FedEx account, we will not ship outside of the US and Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Before you order, you can see an estimate of shipping time for each item on our website. When you view the detailed information for an item, the delivery time will be listed below the pricing information. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before an order ships. The order will state "Confirming Availability" until the manufacturer provides us with the estimated shipping date.

For items that are in stock, shipping within the US can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive (depending on the manufacturer).

For items that are in stock, shipping to Canada can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive (depending on the manufacturer).

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Please note that both UPS Ground and Fedex Ground are not shipped with a signature required for delivery. If you would like your order to be shipped with a signature required, please note that request in the Delivery Instructions section on your order. We do have some fixtures that are too large and too fragile to be shipped via UPS. These large items will be shipped via common carrier (truck) and will generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. For items that are in stock, we can arrange for express shipping. If you require express shipping, please contact us to arrange for a quote for the expedited charges.

I only received a portion of my order. When will the rest of my order arrive?

Whenever practical, we ship all items in an order together. However, if you ordered fixtures made by two or more manufacturers, your items will be shipping from different locations and will not arrive together. Please check our online order status form to see the expected shipping dates for the items on your order.

Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?

We have access to thousands of light fixtures that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, just fill out our short quote request form and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability information.

Do you warranty your products?

Yes, we do provide extended warranties of many of our top lines of products. All products come with the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty. For select lines, 1StopLighting offers an additional year (2 years total) of warranty. We also have a few lines with a lifetime warranty. 1StopLighting’s sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and 1StopLighting shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss, which may be sustained or claimed.

Can you guarantee availability of products on your site?

No. Manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in products offered, materials and construction of their products at any time. Every effort is made to remove discontinued products from our site. All prices and descriptions listed on the web site are subject to change without notice.

Does 1StopLighting carry Hampton Bay lights, fans, or parts?

No, we do not sell Hampton Bay fixtures or replacement parts. Hampton Bay is a store brand of The Home Depot, Inc.

Can you help me find replacement glass (or other part) for my fixture?

If you have a fixture you purchased from 1StopLighting that needs replacement parts, we’ll be glad to help. Otherwise, we don’t typically deal in replacement parts and suggest trying the retailer you originally purchased through, or the manufacturer directly.

How do online gift certificates work?

Online gift certificates work very much the same way a standard gift certificate does. Each gift certificate comes with a coupon type code that can be applied to your purchase upon checkout. When you redeem your gift certificate by applying the "certificate code", the balance remaining on your gift card will be automatically deducted from your cart subtotal. Gift Certificates cannot be combined with promotional coupon codes.

Gift certificates can be redeemed by anyone who holds the gift certificate code. The certificate can be transferred to anyone at anytime.
